2003 Member-Member
Ask anyone at SFCC what their favorite tournament of the year is and undoubtedly the answer is “Member-Member”. With the exception of a last minute scratch, the 2003 tournament would have been full. No doubt, the best attended event of the calendar year. A great format with 5, 9-hole matches over 2 days. The scoring based on a 9-1/2 point system with handicap. Great food – well I don’t think anyone walked away hungry. And the weather, absolutely picture perfect. Sorry no pictures were taken of the day because they could not do it justice. Congratulations to the 2003 Member-Member Champions Mark “Shark” Scheuerman and Dan Martin. Won against this year Runner-ups Matt “Zoomer” Ferrara and Matt Ferrara. Well played to the other Flight Champions for 2003
