Welcome to the April edition of Seneca Falls Country Club’s newsletter!
We are officially open for business! Hopefully, Mother Nature will cooperate.

Points of Information:

Restaurant/Bar Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday; 11:30-9:00
Saturday and Sunday: 11:00-5:00

Tee Times: Be sure to call the pro shop to make a tee time for weekends and holidays. This procedure is in effect as of now. Members have the privilege of making tee times 10 days in advance. Public players will be allowed to make a tee time 7 days in advance.

Green’s Passes: 2 free green passes have been credited ($60.00 value) to your account if you are paid in full. If you bring a guest to play be sure to inform the pro shop attendant of your intentions.

SFCC Debit/Gift Cards: Why not put money on this card for purchases of food and beverages? Call Maureen to set up your account. It’s free and very convenient!

Cash Bonanza: Our annual cash bonanza is scheduled for Sunday, June 8. Save the date! Tickets will be available next month. As in the past, there will be a golf tournament, open bar and buffet dinner provided with the purchase of a ticket. Details coming soon!

Spring Clean-up: Saturday, April 12 has been designated as Spring Clean-up Day. There are many tree limbs and branches that need our attention. Time: 9:00. The coffee is free and Gary Sullivan is providing the donuts. Stop down even if it is for 30 minutes.

Men’s Twilight League: Please review the Twilight League application enclosed in this mailing. The first night of the League is scheduled for May 1 with an opening scramble. The League will officially begin on May 8. We will discuss the League format, dinner arrangements and teams on May 1. Get your application in ASAP. Non-members will be invited to play in the League if not enough members sign-up by the deadline date.

Golf Leagues: Applications for all of our women’s leagues went out in the March mailing. Be sure you check the application deadlines! If you would like to play in the two-person Monday League, be sure to call the pro shop to sign-up. Did you know that the Monday night league is open for men, women and/or mixed teams?

Newsletter: In our efforts to cut costs, your monthly newsletter will be emailed to you beginning in May. If your email address has changed or you are a new member, please call Maureen to update your information. The letter will also be posted on our web site; senecafallscountryclub.com; under the members only link.  Login: SFCC: Password: member 07.  If you do not have access to email, call Maureen and she will continue to mail you a copy.

Meeting Dates: The next SFCC Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for April 29, 5:30. It is the Board’s attempt to have our monthly meetings on the last Tuesday of the month. I will try to keep you informed of any scheduling changes.

Pro Shop: Our golf professional, Bob Fuller is back on the job and the pro shop is open for business. Why not contact the Pro for that new set of golf clubs that you have been thinking about all winter? Club storage is again available and there are still lockers available for all of your personal belongings.
